More Than 45,000 Met Opera Customers Exposed in Data Breach

Start

It has recently been reported that 45,094 individuals may have lost crucial personal information, such as credit card details, social security numbers, and card payment information (including PINs), in said cyber attack.

The attack crashed the Met’s website for thirty consecutive hours in December and the FBI were notified of the situation, as reported by The New York Times. However, hackers may have had access to the system for much longer than that, with systems breaches being reported between September 30 and December 6 of 2022.
