APT Foundation Announces Data Breach Following Inadvertent Disclosure of Social Security Numbers

In January 2024, APT Foundation, Inc. (“APT”) filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Massachusetts after discovering that confidential information that had been entrusted to the organization was subject to unauthorized access.
