On January 12, 2024, Alpha Supported Living Services (“Alpha”) filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Massachusetts after discovering that the organization was the recent victim of a phishing attack. In this notice, Alpha explains that the incident resulted in an unauthorized party being able to access consumers’ sensitive information, which includes their names, addresses and Social Security numbers….
