Pacific Guardian Life Insurance Data Breach Affects Confidential Information of 167,103 People

On April 4, 2024, Pacific Guardian Life Insurance Company (“PGL”) filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Maine after discovering that an unauthorized party was able to gain access to the company’s email environment.
