On April 24, 2023, Livingston International, Inc. (“Livingston”) filed a notice of data breach with the Texas Attorney General determining that confidential consumer information that had been entrusted to the company was subject to unauthorized access. Based on the company’s official filing, the incident resulted in an unauthorized party gaining access to consumers’ names, addresses, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, and financial account information….
