On April 10, 2023, Kibble Equipment (“Kibble”) filed a notice of data breach with the Montana Attorney General after learning that a third-party data breach at Rackspace Cloud Services compromised information that had been entrusted to Kibble. Based on the company’s official filing, the incident resulted in an unauthorized party gaining access to consumers’ sensitive information, although the exact information leaked in the Rackspace breach has not yet been confirmed….
