Johnson & Johnson Data Breach Reported; Possibly Connected to Major Lash Group Data Breach

On May 29, 2024, Johnson & Johnson (“JNJ”) filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Texas after discovering that confidential information that had been provided to the company was subject to unauthorized access. While no data breach letter is available, the notice indicates that the incident resulted in an unauthorized party being able to access JNJ patients’ sensitive information, which includes their names, addresses, birth dates, and medical information….
