I’m held captive by the sound
Of the birds singing so loud
I’m in a trance, hypnotized
By the beauty of a summertime sky
I feel so alive and so free
The sun is shining down on me
A gentle breeze is blowing by
Making me want to fly
The trees are swaying in the breeze
As if they’re dancing to the beat
This is my favorite time of day
When I can just sit and sway
The world around me seems to stop
