DaVita Issues “Notice of Data Breach” After Confirming Pixels Relayed Sensitive Consumer Information to Third Parties

On July 2, 2024, DaVita, Inc. filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of California after discovering that certain online tracking technologies called pixels that were installed on its website and mobile app may have transmitted personal information to certain third-party vendors.
