Conrade Insurance Announces Data Breach Following Unauthorized Access to Employee Email Account

On February 26, 2024, Conrade Insurance filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Montana after discovering that an unauthorized actor was able to access an employee’s email account. In this notice, Conrade explains that the incident resulted in an unauthorized party being able to access consumers’ sensitive information, which includes their names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license or government identification numbers, and financial account numbers….
