My heart is heavy,
It aches and breaks.
My eyes are sore,
My soul it shakes.
I’m feeling lost,
And so alone,
I can’t find the words,
That I should have known.
The fear of being,
Left all alone,
Can’t shake the pain,
That I have known.
But I’m not giving up,
I’m still here,
I’m gonna keep fighting,
No matter the fear.
For I can still see,
The beauty in life,
And I’ll never stop,
Striving for what is right.
