Between July 25 and Aug. 1, the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) released almost two dozen Notices of Funding Opportunities (NOFOS), totaling approximately $2.2 billion, to help state, local and tribal partners improve emergency preparedness.
