Between 2013 and 2015, a Lithuanian man named Evaldas Rimasauskas registered a company in Latvia with the same name as Quanta Computer, the Taiwanese manufacturer that builds hardware for large U.S. technology companies and started sending those companies invoices. Employees who regularly did multimillion-dollar business with the Taiwanese Quanta saw paperwork that looked right and paid up ($122 million in all)….
