Lancaster Orthopedic Group data breach exposes more than 500 patients’ personal, medical information

Lancaster Orthopedic Group said it is investigating a security breach that exposed more than 500 and as many as 2,000 patients’ personal and medical information, including Social Security numbers and treatment and insurance information.
